The buyer agrees to take full responsibility for the payment of all charges and fees acquired by the above named business. All charges must be received, no later than the terms that are set forth on your invoice. A 2% per month, or a $10 flat fee, whichever is greater, will be applied to thecurrent balance that is over due.  All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 return fee in addition toany late charges accumulated by attorney fees, collection fees & court costs.  Our liability is limited to $50 per shipment unless a higher value is declared and insurance is purchased.
